The fee is $50 per person (CASH ONLY) 18 years and over or $75 per couple. WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE BEFORE WE WILL PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION!!!! The security deposit and first month's rent must be in the form of a money order or certified check. The security deposit takes the house off the market until a lease is written. If you are not approved, this will be refunded in full.
