Please click on the link below for our Application For Residency. Fill this out completely and call our office. We will arrange to meet you and collect the aplication/s and application fees. Additional information, references, rental history, etc, may be faxed to (813) 425-9176 or emailed to info@PMIRealty.com. The fee is $50 per person and is NON REFUNDABLE, (CASH ONLY) 18 years and over. WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE  (or other I.d.) BEFORE WE WILL PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION. The "Apartment Deposit" and first month's rent must be in the form of a money order or certified check.  The Apartment Deposit takes the house off the market and reserves it for you pending approval of the Application. If approved, the Apartment Deposit will become the Security Deposit for the lease. All applicants must enter into a lease within three buisness days (not to be confused with the start date of the lease) or the deposit may be considered NON REFUNDABLE. If the Application is declined, the deposit will be returned in full.

The first full month rent is due prior to possession and must be paid in certified funds (Bank Check or Money order).
